When will my order arrive?

Accepted Answer

Predesigned Orders:
Orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days.  We ship via USPS priority nationwide and it arrives within 5-7 business days of shipping.  We will provide your tracking number.  For hand delivery you be contacted for best time/day.
 
Custom Orders:
Please allow 1-2 weeks for design/processing and 5-7 business days for shipping.
For custom orders larger than 5 boxes (or if you need your order by a specific day) please contact us as we will do our best to accomodate!

Question 2

Do you offer services for "out of town" or welcome gifts?"

Accepted Answer

Yes! For hand delivery on Long Island, we work with you to customize your welcome gifts, cover assembly, coordination and delivery to your hotel.  Each additional hotel is $30. Contact us at hello@islandandivory.com.

Do you offer custom gift services?

Yes, check out our e-mail a concierge page for all custom orders.  Need inspiration? Check out our instagram page to see what we've been working on!
 
Fresh flowers, a bottle of bubbly or wine with our curated gifts is available for an additonal fee and for hand delivery only.

Question 4

How is my gift wrapped?

Accepted Answer

All our gifts are packaged in wood boxes (or study white cardboard if applicable) and tied with ribbon, include a gift tag and dried seasonal sprig.  Dried lavender, eucalyptus or an airplant are typically included inside the box as well.

Question 5

Can I add a handwritten note?

Accepted Answer

Of course! A message for a handwritten note inside the box is available at checkout. 
If there is a specific name for the gift tag, please include it there as well.  
 
If you would like a message to be placed inside the picture frame of your box such as "Will you be my Bridesmaid" or "I Love You, Mom" e-mail us at hello@islandandivory.com

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

We do not offer returns and all sales are final.  If you are unsatisfied with your giftbox, please email us within 24 hours at hello@islandandivory.com
